The tension table

The tension table is the main machine in finishing part, the part of the machine is including the pinch and leveling machine and the laminating machine.

The roller of the machine has the 3 or 6 rollers in the main machine; some of the amount of the heads was choose by the customer choice.

And the tension of the plate pinch the plate with the anti-transmit, then the plate could be control the fetch plate to the Un-coiler, because of the pull of the Uncoil collect the plate from the tension table is larger than the anti-transmit.

On the one hand, it keep the Un-coiler to collect the plate, on the other hand the plate will not drop during the collecting and change the plate sharp.

With the tension and we also including the laminating film, in addition of the coil to coil line, but the stainless steel sheet, the laminating is not will in the one machine. But it also laminating after finished.
